Microsoft has recently claimed that this years Electronic Entertainment Expo will feature a showcase of titles from developers that are currently working on games with project Natal capabilities. Microsoft has also recently released a list of developers that are currently working with Natal. This list of developers are the ones that you are likely to see showcasing games with this new technology.
GamePro: "…While it lives up to the high bar set by the previous installments, it can’t quite bear the weight of bringing the epic story of Kratos to a meaningful end. It’s still a finely crafted action experience that fully showcases the PS3’s immense capabilities but it isn’t the satisfying conclusion that fans both want and need."
Awful in nearly every way. The Twin Peaks meets Resident Evil with a dash of Grand Theft Auto formula sounds pretty great, but it was well beyond the capabilities of this development team. Terrible controls. Terrible pacing. Terrible sound effects. Terrible visuals. Maybe you can convince yourself that these things don’t matter as you work through this surreal and quirky storyline. The rest will be off playing better videogames.

CVG: Yoshinori Kitase, producer of the soon-to-be-released Final fantasy XIII, has praised PS3’s capabilities, saying the machine helped envision the game.
"The PS3 is definitely a spectacular machine and the team was really able to realize its visions for the characters and graphics, and at the same time, were able to have big onscreen battles going on," he told the PlayStation blog. "The PS3 hardware was something that really helped envision the game."
Now bear in mind he was talking to the PlayStation blog, so he’s hardly likely to say 360 was easier to build on. And if he did, we can’t imagine the blog staff posting it.
Regarding the much-talked about DLC factor, Kitase would only say, "we feel that the final product is 100% enjoyable…it’s the complete package. So we’re not planning any DLC at this time.
TheGamersHub Writes:
"It was announced today by Major Nelson that in a few months the Original Xbox’s Live capabilities will be shut off. How sad. Everyone weeps for the 3 people who still play Original Xbox Live and haven’t yet upgraded to a Xbox 360 or a PS3 maybe even a Wii."
Videogamer writes: "Capcom has revealed that the Xbox 360’s online capabilities are the reason it chose to create a version of MMO, Monster Hunter Frontier Online, for the Microsoft console.
Asked about the game during a Q3 Q&A conference call, Capcom said: ‘We decided to offer this title for the Xbox 360 because of this console’s outstanding online game playing capabilities and for other reasons.’"
Chris over at PSNStores did some comment digging today on the Playstation Blog. It seems we finally know the reason why the minis version of Tetris won’t work on PS3. The PSP European Product Manager Adam Grant said that: "EA is currently working on a PS3 version of Tetris that will take full advantage of the capabilities of the PS3 and provide the best experience."
Hardware Canucks: "NVIDIA has been extremely tight-lipped about all things Fermi ever since the GTC but from the information we received from our moles within their Santa Clara offices, things were moving along at a quick pace. New technologies were being developed to showcase the chip’s advanced capabilities, features were being toyed with, drivers were written and TSMC was pistol-whipped into shape after showing disappointing yields on early silicon. As CES rolled around, NVIDIA wanted to put most of their cards on the table and finally disclosed how they have adapted Fermi’s architecture for the consumer GPU marketplace. This included selective tech demos and hardware being shown on the show floor as well as all-day "Deep Dive" briefings for select journalists being conducted behind the scenes. We attended one of these briefings and in this article we will finally shed some light on the technologies that will make the Fermi architecture hum along in games and other 3D apps."
The God Of War 3 screens are here and the PS3 has proved to be the number one console in terms of sheer quality. The screenshots released today are incredible but still, nothing compares to seeing this game in motion and once the video is finally released to the public.
Microsofts nightmare will very well begin because there’s nothing on the market that has shown the capabilities of Next Gen Power such as the upcoming God Of War 3.
