On December 17th, 2009, Final Fantasy XIII went on sale in Japan exclusively for the PS3. It sold over 2 million copies in one week, in fact the entire stock was sold out, putting the 13th title in line with its predecessors. There’s no doubt the game will perform magnificently in the west when it’s on store shelves in two weeks time, but will gamers who purchase the Xbox 360 version be getting the lesser of two?

If you’ve been holding off on downloading certain Midway games from the Xbox Live Marketplace, you may be out of luck. RunDLC is reporting that a number of title have been pulled from the service due to “evolving rights and permissions.”

Major Nelson confirmed their removal via Twitter, “FYI: Some XBLA titles are no longer available for purchase from Xbox LIVE Arcade due to publisher evolving rights and permissions…”

An Ohio woman, who purchased an Xbox Live webcam for a boy so that they could give each other a "free show" has plead guilty to one count of possessing child pornography. She enticed the Arizona boy over Xbox Live and Myspace to produce sexually explicit images and videos of himself.

Sasser and the boy discussed using Xbox Live video chat to give a "free show to each other," but the boy could not afford the camera. So Sasser purchased a $40 gift card from GameStop and sent it to the boy. The boy then used the card to purchase an Xbox Live camera.
